This feature works well if you do not have Call Waiting, or often disable your Call Waiting while you are using a computer modem. With Call Forwarding - Busy Line, your calls can be forward directly to VoiceMail when you are on the line. By using this feature callers can still leave a VoiceMail message for you even when you’re on the phone.
