The serious issue of nuisance or obscene phone calls can now be swiftly dealt with by using our Call Trace feature. Call Trace is already available on your FairPoint Communications telephone line. Simply dial
*57 and, if the number is known, press 1 to trace when the system prompts you. The telephone number of the caller will be recorded at our main office in Ellensburg. If you wish to pursue legal action, this number can be provided to the proper authorities upon your written permission.
