call transfer

Allows you to transfer a call to another number without having to stay on the line.

To add Call Transfer service to your line, call our Business Office. Please be sure to include your name, telephone number and request with your message.

How To use Call Transfer:
Put the first call on hold by pressing then releasing the disconnect button (hookswitch) on your phone. Wait for three beeps and a new dial tone. Make your second call. After that person answers, hang up the phone and the two calls will be connected to each other without you staying on the line.
